|Recommended: YesFirst Move In Review — there are cockroaches everywhere everything is broken my unit was definitely not move in ready by how much stuff is not fixed. Parents are not very happy, but I have to live here for at least a year.

|Recommended: YesExcellent property but lacking effective maintenance cleaning — Property is great, concept is excellent, but lots of improvement is required in maintenance and proper housekeeping inside and outside mostly before check-in . serious improvement in housekeeping and common area regular cleaning is urgently needed.

Also, I really appreciated the property manager, Tom, introducing himself personally and his reassurance of any concerns.

Fabulous pools and fitness center. The apartments are comfortable and well laid out with modern conveniences.

|Recommended: NoUnsafe, unhappy. — Maintenance was fantastic and responsive, location is great, parking was never a problem. I did get mis-paired though I was told I would live with a specific person, I often saw and experienced what I would describe as hazardous activity by other tenants, and I heard a dude get mauled by someone’s dog outside once. Also, a car blew up one time and nobody was allowed in or out of the complex for hours. Their only lease termination option is paying your rent in entirety upfront to be able to leave. Would not recommend
