|Recommended: NoThis place use too been a decent place too live till this Richard Manager came into play he has no management experince thinks he can break rules cause he a manager of this place LOL all cause your a manager dont mean you can break the rules the rules still apply to you no matter what you need too read the lease richard and read it very good too...
Maintince team they are iffy on repairs its a hit and miss one day they do good the next day they do a crappy job....
If this place truely cares about there tenants thats been here almost 5 years or more they would listen and make changes. First changes would be get rid of Richard as a manager and put someone that truely cares about tenants
