|Recommended: YesGreat student apartments — I’m currently a resident and the Chelsea has been nothing but good to me. Yes it’s student apartments and the walls are kinda thin, but for the price of my room it’s worth it. The staff is fantastic, I’ve been in the office everyday this past week asking questions and they have been extremely patient and helpful. The apartments themselves are nice enough. My maintenance requests have been consistently taken care of the morning after submittal. I have easy access to the trace and I make regular use of it. I’ve never had trouble with parking or getting in out of the complex. I personally love the location because 4th street can get me wherever I want to go. I saw a lot of bad reviews moving into this place and was apprehensive, but it’s been great to me so far.

|Recommended: NoThe maintenance do not do their job for real. Just half fix things or actually never come to fix anything. I do not recommend this place to know one. Loud commotion all the time during the summer I had a party outside of my window in the parking lot. If you have no other place to live then this is the option but if you absolutely don't have to live here then don't. I will not advise anyone to move to this place.

|Recommended: NoThis place is atrocious. Make you know the people you staying with so you won't go through hell. Staff don't really fix nothing just make stuff up. Roaches all over and the light bill was entirely too much when no one even be at home.

|Recommended: YesPros The complex is a great option for students and faculty. The location is close to both the USM campus and the Turtle Creek shopping area. The amenities are great for the price and you can do an individual lease. You get your own private bathroom that is not open to guests. The rooms come with locks so your stuff is secure when you leave. The staff is amazing. They were so helpful during the application and move in process. When I moved in and needed things fixed, maintenance came right away and handled the problems. The staff host cool events so you can get to know others.
Cons The apartment had some issues when I moved in. Toilet was messed up and there was mildew in the windows. But maintenance fixed what they could quickly. This is a dig at the property management company that built the complex. The floors are thin. I can hear EVERYTHING my upstairs neighbor does. I never hear my roommates but my neighbor’s noises are horrible even with a fan and white noise machine on high

|Recommended: YesWhile living at the Chelsea for a few months and getting used to living on my own, Kamron has been excellent at helping me with any questions I have. He is extremely knowledgeable and personable and I can't thank him enough for his amazing assistance He's simply the best
|Recommended: YesI absolutely love the Chelsea. I had my reservations at first before living here in the future , but once I got a tour I had no doubt. Kam, was an amazing tour good and very knowledgeable amongst other things. Super friendly and great place.
