|Recommended: YesI've been living at the Chelsea for about six months now. My overall experience has been great. I don't normally leave reviews but I enjoy living here so much that I felt like I should. The staff is always so nice and accommodating. If an issue arises, they are super quick to help. My apartment was clean when I moved in. The amenities such as the pool and lounge areas are amazing. The gym was lacking in the weights but after I told the front office they ordered more to make sure the gym was fully functioning. The only other issue is a few of the treadmills do not work right now. I also love that there is a place to study and work on schoolwork upstairs. Overall, I am very happy living at the Chelsea.

|Recommended: NoReview in Process — I have only been here for two weeks so far, but upon moving in my room smelled like smoke. However, that was sorted out but too many damages were already here. There is always an annoying amount of noise going on. I know noise is expected since these are apartments, but the rooms above me and below me make so much noise. Majority above me, and that really is due to how thin the walls and floors are. Overall I would not recommend living here since the bad outweighs the good.

|Recommended: YesHousing and living — The place itself is not the worst. Parking spots are relatively compact, not great for bigger vehicles. The dumpster often is overfilled, would like a bigger dumpster as all of the trash bags are everywhere. The apartment is not necessarily clean, the air vents look moldy, dirty, and rusty. And the air filter looked like it has never been looked at. But thankfully maintenance worked quick and fixed most of our issues. Staff workers were nice.
