|Recommended: NoThis is the most unprofessional business possible. The staff and manager especially are very young and incapable of running things in a smooth manner. The apartment complex’s are rundown and disgusting. If there is a repair needed, it takes at least 4 or 5 requests for maintenance to actually respond to it. Do NOT live here. The hassle and inflexibility is not worth the price.

|Recommended: NoWasted a year of my life — The place is roach infested, even after multiple maintenance requests. I will have to throw away everything I own when i move because its all infested. Maintenance does nothing, they come and look at something and say someone else will come look at it and the cycle repeats. Our AC has not worked right since the day we moved in and 7 months and 6 work orders later nothing has changed. This place has been a waste of money all around and question myself why I ever moved here to begin with.

|Recommended: NoNot a great place to live — Cheap if you’re desperate, but sometimes I even wonder if it’s cheap enough to be worth the dangerous looking, non student tenants, dirty grounds, noise issues and lack of care for residents.

|Recommended: NoMeh — This place just looks pretty because they only show you the “ show unit” the actual units are disgusting, roaches before we moved in, don’t expect the washer and dryers to work, maintenance will cut grass all over your car, people screaming at all hours. Not what I expected or want to live.

|Recommended: YesCheap and apparent — While the accommodations are appreciated, this is the cheapest apartment complex in the area, and it shows. The amenities are nice, but the lack of back-and-forth communication I have received from the staff has me a little turnt. I send emails, I call and get forwarded to a call-tree, and no-one seems to be in office when I walk by. Nice apartments, I appreciate the opportunity to live here, but hire some more attentive staff please.
|Recommended: YesTemper Expectations — First arrival was partnered with roommates already settled in they mentioned having issues with cockroaches and gnats and been trying to contact staff to get the area sprayed and also found a few cockroaches in my room so bugs are a problem. Personal rooms are what they are minus the bells and whistles. If you can get the bug problem fixed either yourself or the staff then the apartments will suit your needs.
