|Recommended: YesNew Place — Hello This is TT, a new resident in 2900. I really like how friendly the office staff are and the amenities in the office including the gym and pool. It is a nice place for a reasonable price I get to have my own bathroom and closet, which is very convenient. However, I noticed that the sound travels inside the apartment. If there is people talking in the livingroom, i can still hear it in the bedroom. It is not a big problem for now. Anyway, thank you so much for the work and efforts to make it a good place

The previous mgmt had let things go so badly but it's vastly improved environment from when I moved here 3yrs ago. Elena and K'iera are amazing they helped me transfer to 1st floor unit after I became handicapped earlier this year and the rest of the staff are great as well

|Recommended: YesOverall — overall the place is totally livable the main issues I would have would be some issues with some appliances but the maintenance staff seem to be very quick with fixing any issues we've had so far, the other issue would be a somewhat large amount of bugs, nothing too bad but certainly a bit annoying, granted we live on the ground floor so that does play a factor I'm sure but I would say that I kill at least one or to bugs a day though we just moved in two weeks ago so I'm hopeful the amount of bugs will settle down soon enough.

|Recommended: YesNeeds work on units — Bin in 2 units and both have problem s with appliances and one has rouches while other had broken window and they don't match room mates like they say both roommate I've had don't really wanna live with dogs

|Recommended: NoQuality does not match what was shown in the staged rooms. — The apartment was dirty upon arrival, A C unit was frozen, out of freon, and needed a new filter. Cigarette butts were found on the floor of the living room even though I requested a room with non-smokers. The apartment staff is friendly. The overall rating is a 3 out of 5.
