Since the new management has taken over they are working very hard at getting things cleaned up. Dionne the property manager is so sweet and works very hard to make sure the residents are taken care of and feel important.

|Recommended: YesA SURPRISING EXPERIENCE — I've not lived in an apartment since college. I recently relocated from Michigan to Cypress. I was surprised by the care and concern I have received from staff. Readily available to show me, answer questions and provide assistance.
I felt cared for and at home. The amenities are good, my apartment is really great and I feel really comfortable about being here. I look forward to swimming when the weather changes-something I did not have in Michigan.

|Recommended: YesGlad There is New Management — I have lived at prose for over a year in the beginning it was perfect life was good, then after the 2 recent storms things just kind of went.. left But now we have new management and they have worked diligently to get this place back in order and have been a blessing since the other sucked lol. The apartments are beautiful the pool is great the gym is awesome give them a chance 💕
