The Standard at Cypress Creek exceeded my expectations and truly stands out among luxury apartments in Cypress.
From the initial tour to the application and move-in process, the leasing office team has been incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. They go above and beyond to create a welcoming environment, hosting regular resident events like food trucks, holiday parties, and community socials.
Maintenance has been outstanding. The property is consistently well-maintained with scheduled power washing, fresh landscaping, and quick responses to service requests. Every time I’ve submitted a request, it’s been handled promptly with detailed updates—something you don’t always find in apartments near Cypress Jersey Village.
Communication is another major plus. The team sends monthly newsletters along with frequent email and text updates, keeping residents informed about community events and important notices. Management is also very responsive and does a great job maintaining a safe, well-run community.

|Recommended: YesGetting better — I moved here in 2023 when it was Prose , at first it was ok, it didn’t take long for me to wish I had not moved here.
Prose sold to The Standard in 2024 and things are improving, Management is doing their best to clean it up around here, residents that do not care about the property are slowly moving out, it is ridiculous that people think it is ok to destroy property that does not belong to them. If the residents would obey the rules this would be a perfect place to live, I recently transferred to a different building than I originally moved into and this building is WONDERFUL.
Huge thank you to Management and the Staff for making this a better place to live

|Recommended: YesHAPPY SECURE The STANDARD APARTMENT complex is a recent construct less than four years , so the buildings, swimming pool, and resident affinities are new . As a newer resident, myself, I am completely happy with the management and staff who have been extremely helpful and quite diligent in their efforts to provide a smooth transition from being an applicant to an actual resident. Of course, and as with anything, things are going to bend and break however, the maintenance crew is absolutely stellar A submitted work request is promptly addressed and acted upon within hours...not days Additionally, from maintenance crew, office personnel, and managerial staff all conduct themselves in a very friendly, professional, diligent, and respectful manner. I almost feel as I and my family are guests at a resort living here at STANDARD APARTMENTS. Quiet, Safe, and the other residents here seem friendly and VERY nice Highly recommend.
