|Recommended: Yes2900 Review — Construction did really well, although it’s always dirty around the property, especially outside of apartment. Some of the stairs are breaking apart. I found bugs cockroaches once I moved in and had to buy my own bug spray and spray the whole apartment in order to stop them. The carpet looks like it hasn’t been cleaned fully. The AC and everything works well, even showers Walls have cracks, some hardwood floors are bent up. Neighbors are nice Staff is helpful I would recommend living here if more construction in the apartments are done.

|Recommended: NoMediocre — Pretty inexpensive but you get what you pay for. Have lived here for 2years and had multiple times where internet went out for a week or more and have had the most unprofessional service when it comes to some very simple problems. We had to get the lock replaced on our mail box and for over a month still havnt received new keys for the mail box and somehow the office also dosnt have keys to it that work. WE NEED TO ACCES THE MAIL BOX FOR PLATE TAGS AND IMPORTANT DOCUMENTS Extremely irritating and mind numbing trying to get them to help you, we have had to reach out to the post office directly for the issue with our mail box being inaccessible due to the incompetence of the main office of 2900

|Recommended: YesMore pros than cons — Not a bad place to live, especially for the price and area. The pool has been shut down more than it’s been open this summer and now the hot tub is gone. So probably need to update the website that way you’re not falsely advertising anything. The office staff and maintenance have been very helpful. Lots of good renovations too which is nice. Overall a good place to live.

|Recommended: NoAfterthought — Almost 1000 dollars spent to get in the door and it was well lived in when i arrived. Property moved me to a different apartment but the AC was broken and the bedroom door both didn't shut and key did not match. I was treated as an afterthought for the entirety of the move in process. Not even a month into my lease and i know i will not renew.

|Recommended: YesGreat Staff but interior common areas need some serious work — I have only had great interactions with the staff. They are all great, especially considering they just took over a property that was previously not managed super well. The common area has furniture damage and it isn't the cleanest and has a bit of a musty odor but I think this is the result of the last tenant. The office has plans to correct the situation. Once they finish all their plans and get the rest of the maintenance done I have no doubt it will be great

|Recommended: NoI wish maintenance was better — I like living here and it’s my first apartment I’ve lived in, but wow I hate maintenance. This may be my first experience but I know I shouldn’t have dealt with what I did. I hate that you have to call and be rude to the main office girls just to get maintenance to come out and do their job. I can’t tell you how many maintenance requests I put in and no one does anything or calls or comes by. Absolutely frustrating. The only issue I pressed was my dryer which they fixed. I still have nails that literally stick out of the carpet, stab your feet, I literally have cuts and a scar, and yet no one will come fix it or look at it… sad. I wish y’all actually cared about helping us.

|Recommended: NoNever anything good — Jessica made my process so simple and easy All my questions were always answered. However, I am approximately 1 month into my lease, and my roommate has violated the lease 13 times that I have documented. Was told on April 25th that she had recieved her final warning and that legal action would be taken. After repeatedly making attempts to get this resolved, a member of the office Jessica came to the apt. Where she informed me may 12th that this was her final warning. I'm not sure how many final warnings they give out, but after being lied to by the office personnel and having to deal with a roommate who has no respect for the other people in the apt. I give this place 1 star, and leave you with one final thought, RUN.
Update 2 months into the lease, Air conditioner is no longer working. After numerous attempts at contacting management it is now 84 degrees inside the apartment. Was told maintenance would be here, then Was told maintenance is no longer working for this company. This place is horrendous, it's a cycle of non communication, lying, and avoidance. Please don't make the same mistake I did.
Update As of July it is a new management team, however I just discovered that the previous team lie about my lease renewal rate, supposed to be 409 now it's 419. It's just a giant poop show.
