|Recommended: NoPlease restore this community back to how it was. — I loved this conplex. Never signed a 2nd contract in the same place until moving here but that is changing quickly. The transition between management companies has been very unprofessional. Firstly to take over end of day Friday via a printed letter on the doors of those who were working and didn’t get the info until after banks closed and having to go get money orders over the weekend was very inconsiderate and stressful. It was visible in the office as people were grappling with the suddenness. To not be met with apology, empathy, or consideration was rough. Second, I got an email a week ago with my conservice statement which has always been accurate for my monthly rent. It was 5 less and showed I overplayed in July with the money orders. As soon as I logged on to pay my rent 8 1, every single one of my fees are doubled and my rent is higher than I’ve ever paid in 2 years, it’s up 20 from that statement. That statement consisted of fees . Feels and seems very fraudulent considering this has never happened, we were promised our contracts would stay, and I can’t get an answer about the fees after reaching out via phone and email. I’ve been here every day and have not seen any additional dumpster services or pest control either and the pests are worse than ever. So to be charged for additional services is very suspicious. The volume level has also been terrible and there’s dog poop everywhere on the grounds. So gross and sloppy. It’s always been such a calm and well maintained community. The former property manager would walk the property and send notices regularly.
Please restore it to its former glory. Also, maybe tell tenants what happened as vaguely as you can to give peace of mind. Lack of communication has terrible results.

|Recommended: NoCleanliness — I have lived here since 2023 and I loved it but a few things have not been done since my move in date. First the brezze ways and stairwells in my building are so filthy. Spider webs line the stairs there was a hornets nes at the 1st floor stair. The garage and dog poop is enough to make me decide that this will be my last year here with the high rent I was expecting more in regards to the cleanliness of the grounds.

|Recommended: YesPOOL — I've been living here a year and a half, there's never been a problem with the pool. The pool has been down for a few days, the umbrella are not on the table for shade. Not to mention a late fee, I've never been late on my rent. They say it will be corrected, but if a company is taking over a new company shouldn't they have a system that's up and running correctly. I was charged a late fee, the reason was the system wasn't up and running. If the system wasn't up and running then how do you get charged a late fee. I asked questions and all the staff can say is because of the storm, I didn't realized the storm did that much damage to Standard at Franz. I drove from New Orleans the day of the storm got back home about 8 30 pm and the power was on, so how much damage was done. The lights are out when you walk by the weight room, never had a problem with lights. I know when new companies take over it takes time, but looks like this is just a mess right now. Hopefully this will get a lot better in the next few days.
