Chris responded quickly and was able to let me in to my front door in a really speedy and professional manner.

|Recommended: YesGood not Great — So far, Campus Lodge has been a good choice for me and my roommates. There is always parking, and the front desk people are very helpful. My only concern is unit cleanliness. After a whole day and a half of cleaning and continuous efforts, the unit still smells lightly of cigarettes. Also, despite three different air purifiers going, all of my roommates are having cold allergy-like symptoms wherever we're there.

Maintenance is very quick to respond, just requires decoration, small rooms, shuttle has a break from 10 30-12 40 which is quite inconvenient

The furniture was sticky, and the unit was missing 3 desk chairs, a desk, and two dining chairs, and the TV When we asked about the missing furniture, we were told they were out of TV's and would need to order one it's been a week and still no TV This should be a fully furnished apartment....
Behind the fridge was an entire box of moldy cereal and several dead roaches. The kitchen cabinets had an inches of filth along with food and more dead bugs. Under the stove we found more moldy food and bugs. The entire unit had webs in every corner along with inches of dirt along the baseboards. The laundry closet was the worst We found what appeared to be possibly vomit between the washer and dryer. The Dryer vent was broken from the wall and had mounds of lint falling out of it.
This unit was obviously not inspected by management before the move- in date.

|Recommended: YesReview — Move in was good, however there were lots of minor cracks, scratches, faucets and tap knobs loose or not working, hot water in shower missing, loose fan and desk table, dirty old chair and broken blinds in my unit

|Recommended: YesSummer Sublease — The facilities are nice. The staff is helpful. It's a good value in today's rental market. The location is great, and if you're a student, the shuttle is quite an asset. You can avoid on-campus parking fees
